而如果是Could you arrange a meeting with A，這暗示到時候meeting出席的只有兩者，說話者跟A這兩方。相較於organize，arrange較不正式。
而 set up又更不正式了，一般只有在朋友之間的對話才會使用。 - alphabetical = 按字母排序的
